In a shocking turn of events, Colin Caterpillar is in custody for the cucumber crunching. He is also believed to be responsible for the ravishing of next door’s vegetables! (Colin is a Aglais urticae for anyone who is interested in that sort of thing)

And Samantha Snail was snared for the theft of one rather small basil plant. Whee believe Severus Slug may have been working with Samantha but whee don’t have the proof!

    • Whee have move him to a lovely over grown garden with lots of plant he is allowed to nom on for his rehabilitation. Unfortunately Severus and Samantha were eaten by a birdy shortly after their arrest!

  10. Yay I guessed right! I had a similar offender in my garden. Something had been demolishing my daughter’s lettuce plant and when I turned the leaf over there were caterpillars!

  11. Sadly I think they have been running training seminars – come spring time we have an army of snails attacking our garden!
